Fully cooked sous-vide mains and sides, sold refrigerated. Four individually sealed 2 oz pouches per bag · 8 oz / 227 g total. Small, flexible portions for toddlers and young kids.
Microwave: snip the pouch, empty onto a plate or glass dish, cover, and microwave 45 to 60 seconds. Stir and check that it's warm, not hot. Stovetop: snip the pouch, empty into a pan with a splash of water, and warm over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring. Follow final pack directions. Cut, shred, flake or mash to suit your child, and let cool before serving.

Fully cooked bites, loose in one resealable freezer bag. About 20 bites · 10 oz / 283 g. Four bites (about 2 oz) are a starting portion; offer more or less according to appetite.
Take out the bites you need, place onto a plate or glass dish for the microwave, or into a pan on the stovetop, and heat from frozen according to the final pack directions. Cut as appropriate for your child and let cool before serving.
